The Pregnancy Problems Puja is a sacred Vedic ritual performed to seek divine blessings for an expectant mother and her unborn child. It focuses on removing astrological obstacles, mitigating health complications, and ensuring a smooth, safe delivery.
In Hindu tradition, pregnancy is considered a highly sacred phase. However, many couples face challenges such as recurring complications, fear of miscarriages, or underlying astrological afflictions (like Doshas). This specific Puja invokes powerful deities—most notably Lord Santana Gopala (the infant form of Lord Krishna)—along with Goddess Durga or Goddess Lakshmi.
Performed by experienced priests, the ritual involves the chanting of powerful Vedic mantras, offering holy materials into a sacred fire (Havan), and seeking cosmic protection. It is meant to shield both the mother and the baby from negative energies, ensuring the child's healthy physical and mental development.

Kalash Sthapana: A sacred water pot (Kalash) is installed, representing the divine presence of the deities.
Deity Invocation & Mantra Chanting: Detailed prayers and thousands of repetitions of specific mantras (such as the Santana Gopala Mantra) are chanted to invoke divine blessings.
Havan / Yajna (Fire Ritual): As shown in the image, sacred herbs, ghee, and samagri are offered into the holy fire to purify the surrounding environment and amplify the mantras' energy.
Purnahuti & Aarti: The concluding offerings are made to the fire, followed by an Aarti to express gratitude to the deities.
Blessings & Prasad: The holy water from the Kalash and blessed threads/charanamrit are given to the pregnant woman to wear or consume for ongoing protection.
